It is FLEURON’s intention to provide excellent customer service and we are committed to meeting our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. For this reason, if you’ve changed your mind, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise (in resellable condition) that is returned within 14 days of the purchased date. It is also your responsibility to ensure returning products are carefully packed as we cannot accept liability for damaged goods in transit.   • All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. If you do not have a receipt please make sure you contact our Customer Service by email

  • Postage fee will not be refunded.

  • Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sales, opened or used products.

  • FLEURON is not responsible for any damage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages upon receiving goods, you must report to Customer Service by email within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customer is entitle for a full refund or exchange for faulty or defective product. Depending on the situation, FLEURON may require the product/s to be returned for examination. In all cases where product is confirmed faulty or defective, any postage fee that were paid by the consumer in returning the goods will be reimbursed by FLEURON. Providing proof of the cost of returning postage is necessary so that we’ll ensure correct reimbursement.
